Our first bottling of four year old whiskey is a blend of two first use, heavy char, American oak barrels, aged three years then finished one year in ex-bourbon barrels to layer on complex wood character. Aromatic notes of caramel and vanilla, flavors of creme brûlée, caramelized banana, toasty oak spice and biscuity malt sweetness.
